I’m your size, and I have a 15” 1991 Apex, same style paintjob in red. With the seatpost at minimum insertion, I have 3” of standover on the seat.
I bought it to strip for parts. Frame’s pretty cool, so now I’m rebuilding it as a BMX bike as parts come along.
Iconic. So hard to pass these up “just” because they are not your size. I know, I know…
