VO Polyvalent

I bought a Polyvalent frame for my wife during a sale a long time ago, and it just sat it the box while I waited for VO to get silver hubs and rims back in stock. I finally got tired of waiting and got All City hubs and Velocity Cliffhanger rims. Once the wheels were built I got excited to build it up. I used a lot of parts I had lying around, but I ended up having to buy a lot too. I think it turned out great and I hope my wife likes it as much as her 1974 Schwinn Hollywood that it pays homage to.
