No crashes or chips.
I've had this for 3 years and it's well taken care of. A little too aggressive for me due to some health issues so considering finding it a new home.
It's absolutely beautiful, so I could always use this as wall art

Market value really depends on your location, have you looked up what similar used bikes are selling for? Where i live it would probably fetch €1000 or so.
Otherwise keep it until you meet a friend or relative who cycles but couldn’t afford it, and give it to them for cheaper
