Heading to Seattle in May and then heading east on the Great American Wheel Route. We had thought about Adventure Cycling's Golden Gravel Route but going though Utah is a no-go late June. I suspect we will get some heat out on the plains but hopefully not Moab furnace hot.
Except for a few videos from Ultra Cycling Magazine on youtube I haven't seen much info on the route. It all looks good but have many people done it?
Any dos or don't or lessons learned?
