To be honest after having difficulties with anxiety I understand these vitamins don't work . The only vitamin that I can swear on it that works is B12 and Iron .
All the supplements the Doc listed are fat-soluble (A,D,E & K2 vitamins). Hence, other vitamins/minerals are water-soluble. Whats up with the comments not understanding what hes saying. Haha
