    I’m swapping tires and I noticed this being loose. Is it bad?

      No that’s normal. Just be sure to slide it in the correct place before you get started so you have an easier time getting the valve in.

      The valve will keep it in place. If the tyre sits comfortably on the tape it shouldn’t be a problem
