I get them out with a 3/8 socket extension and hammer. There’s a spacer between the bearings you gotta shift a bit to get the extension on the bearing. Be sure you’re on the bearing as there may be a machined lip in the BB shell that the bearing is pressed against.
I used a flat blade screwdriver and a hammer on my USA BB on my BMX, same for the headset, just try not the scrape the frame.
