I switched to a 1x Microshift Sword drive train last year with one of the added benefits being the ease of switching between drop and flat bars. Finally got around to it and added Surly Sunrise bars and a Wald basket. Loving the dad bike setup for grocery-getting, around-towing, and ice cream-justifying.
