CP0018 clamping bolt frozen after spacer adjustment

I have an Endurace CF SLX 8 Di2 with the CP0018 Aerocockpit. I was removing spacers to lower the bars; second time doing this, first time worked perfectly. Followed Canyon's official video, used a torque wrench, no issues loosening the bolt.

After lifting the cockpit and removing the spacer, the 12 Nm clamping bolt will not turn in either direction. It feels like the mechanism is still gripping the steerer even though the bolt was fully loosened, and now it’s somehow sitting at +12Nm in either direction.

The weird part: the cockpit still slides up and down on the steerer, and the headset preload (Canyon tool) works normallyz

Has anyone else had this? How was it fixed? Taking it to a Canyon service point on Wednesday but would love to know what to expect.
