Is $325 a fair price for this bike? Also is 50cm too small for me (5’7) I’m planning on test riding to check the fit, but what would tell me that it’s too small/ not the right fit?

Not a bad price. Set the saddle to your usual height if you have one and test ride. If you run out of seatpost or your knees hit your elbows, keep looking.
You are probably looking for a 54cm. Maybe a 52cm if your legs are really long. I can assure you a 50cm of too small
Depends on your inseam length. You’d be better suited 54cm-56/58cm. But if the seat post extends long enough and your knees and peddling dont seem uncomfortable then it may work.
