Hi everyone ,
I have managed to pick up a 2018 Canyon Endurance CF SLX 8 with ultegra DI2 recently. Managed to get this for around £1800. The bike has been regularly used and has been meticulously cared for with not a single mark on it.
The bike rides extremely smoothly and the only issue over the first 100km or so is a slightly spongy front brake that probably needs bled.
I don’t believe the bike is in any need of component upgrades for my style of riding at present (but happy for suggestions)
My main thoughts were to take it into my LBS for a thorough service getting things like the Bottom bracket and headset replaced along with the hubs / free hub serviced and the brakes bled.
Any other recommendations for in-depth maintenance?? I intended to keep this bike going long into the future as my main road bike.
Thanks

as long as the bearings are good, why replace? just keep stuff clean, lubricated and some extra grease against water ingress.
