Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Bluesky Threads I hate leaning my bike against the wall and I’m looking to buy a stand that’s not too expensive or bulky. Has anyone here had experience with any of the types of stands I’ve shortlisted? For context, I ride a road bike. by LateCapitalismHuman Bicycling Biking Cycling
n23_ on April 3, 2026 9:59 am I have a type A but it does not fit well with disc brakes so I never use it anymore. Move my bike to a wall mount which also saves a lot of space.
Gordy748 on April 3, 2026 10:01 am I have both and use them. Type A is better because of the footprint. It’s smaller and much slimmer, so storing a bike is easier. With type B, the foot causes the bike to stick out. It also can lead to you stubbing your toe if you’re moving closely past the bike.
