I have convinced myself that I need a carbon wheelset.
My biking consists of 40% paved trail, and 60% gravel/single-track.
I have a 2015 Cannondale Super X.
I'm a bit confused about which wheels to get (SLR vs ENT vs Pro gravel vs SLT) and some of the options, should I getting a steel or ceramic bearing? the depth? and I assume the hub type is SRAM XRR 12S.
I also read that I need an adaptor or similar so I can use these wheels since my bike currently has quick release.
Any help is appreciated.

I bought the G36 during a sale and love them so far!
The hub depends upon what groupset you have so tell us that or what your current freehub is on the DT Swiss. A 2015 QR frame is likely to be HG.
Also you’ll need to make sure they do QR end caps/adapters. You seem to be looking at the cheaper Ali Express Elite store. Also look at their actual website as they will give you more info about what is available, albeit the official site sells their more premium whelsets.
