Thinking about things I can upgrade on my bike and looking for suggestions. I have a mostly stock Kona Drew plus. I already upgraded the pedals, but what else would be cool or fun to upgrade?
My front basket is just a cheap Amazon thing, wouldn't mind better quality one. My paniers are about 12 year old timbuk2, that I'm considering upgrading to ortliebs, but I don't have any real complaints with the existing ones.
What are some good saddle options?
What else are people doing to customize their bikes?
