Seems that the nut on the axle is loose. Take the wheel off and see if you can move the axle by hand. Also try to get a better video because kind hard to tell from top of the wheel.

Quick release skewer too loose, or hub bearing in need of adjustment or replacement, depending on what style of bearings tha wheel is rocking.

I’d recommend tightening up the skewer (open the lever, turn it righty tightly and then close it again) and if that doesn’t address the play in the wheel, take it to a bike shop, as a hub adjustment is probably beyond your abilities.

The headset situation (noise when turning 90 degrees) could be due to internal routing, the housing scraping around inside. If it doesn’t make noise while riding, I wouldn’t worry about it

  3. it’s either:

your cup and cone bearing has been damaged and needs replacing, or your bearing cap has been damaged or needs tightening.

if you have quick-release, tighten it.

if you have a sealed bearing on your hub, likely the ball bearing has deformed and needs replacing.
