Somebody mentioned respect for the law. The law of the UK deserves no respect when we see what is happening with driving alone in the UK with the crass actions some drivers take endangering others or their vehicles and getting away with it. Unfortunately that lack of law is creating even more bad road use.

Th driver ffrom 07:00 onwards, is way too indecisive. He could've overtaken the cyclist. Hesitates when he/she has priority when the red Ford appeared. And again doesn't overtake the cyclist at 10:35. Edit: Sure there were a number of situations where things happened to them.

10:01 When the clip starts the red car had alreadypassed the giveway line & the cammer was no where near the sign. The red car thus has the right to continue. But because the cammer blindly continues the red car paused for a moment before continuing.
So many people think that because there's a priority sign for them that all cars oncoming should wait forever for them to arrive at the narrowing. If a vehicle is past thier giveway marks (it is deemed to be in the narrowing) when you get to the priority sign you must allow it to continue. You only have priority over cars that have not entered the narrowing when you reach the sign. Any thing else would mean that if you don't have priority you would have to wait for an empty road to continue through which would be completely stupid.
Even if you can't be arsed to read the actual road rules you just need to use Common Sense when approaching these narrowed sections instead of Blind Stupidity & all will be fine

All these are very good. Except you havnt a clue how the cam car has bee driven up to tha point. Ive got a dash cam Im invulnerable and wont be prosecuted. Note that its only the result that is shown, not the build up to the incident. Yes tere are many many many clueless people on the roads. But sometimes that cluelessness is behind the wheel of the cam car.
