Welcome back to Part 2 of our journey along the Mincio River. Today, we are heading North back towards Lake Garda, starting from the massive ruins of the Ponte Visconteo and riding through the heart of Borghetto sul Mincio—one of Italy’s most romantic villages. 🏰🇮🇹

Throughout this entire ride, we couldn’t take our eyes off the horizon. The sky was absolutely breathtaking, filled with dramatic, painting-like clouds that changed with every mile. It created a truly magical atmosphere for our journey back to Peschiera. ☁️✨

Training Focus:
– Steady Zone 2: This 40-minute session is perfect for endurance and heart health.
– Pace: Consistent 16-18 km/h (10-11 mph) with a gentle climb through Monzambano.
– Atmosphere: No Music. Only Natural Sounds. Immerse yourself in the sound of the wind, the road, and the peaceful Italian air. 🕊️🚲
