I converted my old Decathlon bike into gravel bike.
Originaly it has 3×8 sram X3 drivetrain. I swaped it to chinese Sensah Reflex groupset with 32 tooth chainring and 11-42 cassete, so i could ride some uphill. And also i replaced old sr suntour xcr 32 coil fork for this cheep alloy rigid fork.
All cost (including few basic tools i needed) is closing under 250$.
My face is smiling every time i riding it!
