I could imagine the actual support knows that stuff better than Reddit randoms.

I’ve read a Story that they will actually build up the bike rather quickly but there are no slots to book for pickup. You have to check frequently if someone has cancelled their reservation. It’s a very frustrating system.

It took about 1 week for me since bike showed as assembled and until I got an email to make an appointment (where the soonest date was still like 1 week later)
