    I’m going to assume you’re in the USA or the Netherlands because 37m of elevation over 60km is incomprehensible to me. 

    And like the other guy says, your FTP is wrong.

    It’s fast for a new cyclist. You must already be in pretty good shape.

  3. 31 kmh average for 60km w/o any climbing is not incredibly fast, but for an “absolutely new cyclist” – that’s quite impressive… unless this is a e-bike, that is.

  4. Do you have a powermeter or is this a strava estimate? 232w is a lot more power than it should take to go a flat 31kph.

    That average power seems pretty damn high for a new cyclist. Do you have a power meter?

    My Wahoo computer would calculate a very high average power compared to the values after I got a power meter. So the true average power value might not be correct, but you can use it to track relative changes overtime. However it will not take into account environmental changes like wind speed.
