Side note: I’m a bit of a short guy and don’t know the measurements of this bike, so if anyone can offer a reference point that’d be cool.
This’ll be a fine commuter; it’s a nice bike, and $200 is hard to beat. As for fit, start by standing over it and seeing if you can lift the front wheel a couple inches while the top tube is between your legs. If so, take it for a ride, see how it feels. You can raise or lower the saddle and slide it back and forth a bit; for other fit adjustments (like if the handlebars feel too low or far away) you’ll have to swap out some parts.
Cool model. Frame looks big you prob can’t clear the top tube if you’re under 5’6
