Pedals and seat looks worn, depends on condition on drivetrain and brakes. £700 offer see what they say.

But seriously how old is it ? When was the last time the suspension was serviced, what level of components does it have , entry level Deore ? SLX which would be better or XT which would be better again ? The best I can tell from looking at the derailleur it might be Deore but hard to make out what it says, looks like it needs a new saddle.
I’d go on facebook market place and pinkbike buy and sell and see what is selling for similar money,
If it was in great condition it still wouldn’t be worth that much, 800 maybe.
