  1. For my state it’s Straight Right Left IF they’re NOT doing the same action. Since they don’t both want to go straight or left the one on B gets it, if they both wanted to go straight then right of way gets it

  2. Car A goes first.

    At an uncontrolled intersection, The rule is yield to the driver on your right. Car B has A on its right, so B must yield.

    If all 4 cars arrive at the same time, it creates a stalemate because everyone has someone on their right. In that case drivers usually communicate or wave someone through to go first.

    Once the first car goes, the driver to their left now has nobody on their right, so they go next. Then the next driver goes, and so on around the intersection.

  3. If both roads are exactly the same size the sensible thing to do would be to slow right down and indicate… the turning car should wait till it’s clear and safe to turn… that’s what I would do anyways if I was A…
