It's going great! The photo is just out of the shop, I then added foot retention and bettere regulated the seat (higher and rotated a bit more upwards) since I got really sore hands the first few uses. Still getting used to everything, the most obnoxious thing for me is using foot straps lol

Foot straps are annoying to get used to. Swap to clips if you want but definitely the biggest part of a fixed gear, especially if you ever want to ditch the brakes (not anytime soon that’s for sure)
