i’d reach out to cannondale about this first. a crack on a piece of alu that thick would suggest a defect or terrible drilling/welding. and might get you some kind of warranty, can’t hurt to try.
if that doesn’t work, i’d try buffing it out with some sand paper to see if the crack is on the surface or propagated deeper.
