This collar or whatever it's called is pressed onto the steerer and prevents me from accessing the headset, or being able to remove or add spacers. I've been doing my own maintenance and upgrades for years and even in the new world of integrated everything I've never seen the likes of this. Any ideas on how to remove without doing damage? A special tool? Thanks in advance.
