New (old) Giant build

I’m new to the pure gravel build. Iv done a few single speed gravel crushers but never a proper geared “big” clearance gravel bike. I do most my wrenching myself and have never had a press in bb I’d like to go 1x with a Mtb hollow crankset anyone got any recommendations or guidance?
