Hello. New here and just getting back into bmx. Just picked up a used bmx(i don't think it's an actual kink). First ride out i snapped the chain. Installed a new one and noticed half my pedal rotation the chain is tight and half it's loose. That's rotating backwards no rear wheel involved. Upon inspection it seems my crank is rotating in an oval shape. I think the spindle is bent…..
Question is what's the next step? Do I need to tear it all apart and replace the spindle and bearings? How do I know what size? Thanks.

Are you going to keep the cranks you have on there or upgrade them?
