In this one I go bikepacking on top of Winter Hill, near Rivington Pike. This place is a magnet for UFO sightings and was once a burial site dating back to the Bronze Age. I chat with local hikers who mostly agree that there’s definitely something paranormal about this hill and now I’ve survived the night up there, I have to agree. Once I arrive at the top of the hill, I set up my tent and wild camp next to the gigantic TV mast. Wait until you see what I cook for tea on my camping stove. Sublime, even if I do say so myself. Just before bed I use a scanner radio in the attempt of listening in on some strange activity and you won’t believe what I encounter!
