Careful buddy, horrible story about a tour de France team. One of the lads was sick. Thought he just had a cold or flu. Went for run to train with the team and had a massive heart attack because the raised heart rate pumped the virus to his heart. No harm taking a day or two to get right. Sauna and plenty of vit c. I cycled over the Conor pass as a kid beautiful country in the west, enjoy it. Gd luck big son.
