Hello, I'll be buying this bike next week and I've been thinking about which locking mechanism I should use. I decided on going with a d-lock, Litelok X1. Everyone says one should try to lock the frame as well as the rear wheel with the d-lock. On this bike it seems difficult to do this. It would only be possible to do in the marked area, and in theory one could remove the screws holding the rear suspension together.
Is this a valid fear or am I overthinking it a bit too much?

If someone is willing to undo the bolts holding the rear suspension, then they’re practically set on this bike specifically.
Unless you live somewhere where this happens very regularly, I think this is a bit much.
Lock the rear triangle and wheel to a rack
