Since I've had a 5 speed conversion T-line with H&H double chainring I've had to replace the jockey wheel a few times just to keep the chain in alignment, it needs a jockey wheel with more pronounced teeth to keep in line with the gears or it will constantly come off and rub on the side of the derailleur cage. Unfortunately from replacing the jockey wheel the other bolt shown with the arrow had started to become loose and strip out from the thread. Anybody know what size bolt this is? Also, from trying to replace the bolt several times the actual flimsy part that holds the jockey wheel from the inside is now snapped (I have covered it in epoxy resin and left it overnight to cure as a quick fix) I suppose I have to order an entire new advance derailleur just in order to replace this part and/or the bolt?

Hello. I also made the 5 speed modification and had a similar problem. I do not where you live, but I live in South America. In my country there are mechanics workshops that build customized screws, bolts and nuts. I had those pieces made and they worked just fine. I presume if you live in North America/Europe area and even in Asia you could find a similar workshop that builds screws/bots/nuts.
