3D printed houses aren’t just futuristic—they’re incredibly tough. Built with continuous layers of high-strength concrete instead of fragile mortar joints, these walls have no weak spots like traditional brick homes. Many designs add multiple wall layers filled with concrete or insulation and reinforced with steel, making them denser and more impact-resistant. That’s why some can shrug off sledgehammers, resist bullets, and even hold up better against hurricanes than brick houses.

  1. OP is too stupid to realize that these 3d printed houses are already breaking faster… good lord people like this should be allowed to post videos or breed

  2. The reinforcement is a big deal. I'd want rebar in the wall, including, and especially, vertical. Otherwise it looks like unreinforced masonry to me. I'd worry about it in an earthquake.

  3. New ways of building is great❤️👍🥰
Doesn't mean to stop useing the other means of building ❣️
Some like brick ,some like wood ,some like sinder block ,some like trailors ,some like those train car to buld with ….All said and done " to each his own" ❣️
I think this is worth trying for those that wont a lower financial way to build there home ,their business place ,a garage 🚗🛻, and so fourth….. It's built on good foundation ,than its a new way of looking at building ❣️👍❤️🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡

  4. Honestly, any cons that could come from this dont even matter because its always going to be superior to american paper houses and buildings.

  5. this isn't concrete as it has no gravel in the mix. 3D concrete is very recently (2026) being developed anfd it's sadly not a reality today

  6. I just don't understand why they don't plaster the inside. They're going to be a pain to decorate, it's not like wallpaper will go on those walls, even painting will be a pain as it will need MUCH more paint. Feels like a crazy oversight. Would put me off for sure.
