Hi, I have had my mates mom gift me this bike ask they over heard me complaining about getting to work and back quicker. But this is a woman’s bike. Is there anything I can do to it to make the bike look more masculine without stripping it or scraping it. As I do like a project from time to time. And this bike is beautiful for cruising. (I used AI to change the background as my house was in view, but the bike is the exact same)

You could try inverting the bars to get into a nice low position, maybe swap the saddle or get a black saddle cover.
And a card between the spokes to sound like a motorbike
remove fenders, put on the smallest tires you can find, remove the chain protection thing, that hamburger sized Bell isnt cool too
I would just take it as it is, and maybe give it to the next needing person if you once get another one you like more
Change the mudguards or fenders into shiny aluminium ones. Swap out the saddle and bartape for some leather ones. Change the tires into tanwalls, and you’ve got yourself a nice beach cruiser. (Use this as an AI prompt if u like). Find a beach and cruise it 😬
