Hi! I'm building a new bike and I have an issue where there is ~3-4mm gap between my rear rotor and caliper.
The frame is a 2025 Surly Straggler. The caliper is TRP Spyre flat mount. The wheels are DT Swiss G1800 with DT Swiss 370 hubs.
The rotors are 160mm and I am using the flat mount rear adapter.
The wheel sits perfectly in the frame so not a sizing issue and the rotor center lock is tighten to spec.
I am a newb to bike mechanics. Any idea on how I can close this gap or what could be going wrong?

What kind of rotor is that? Does it need to be flipped around?
