I was in Nice for two weeks at the end of last year and the start of this one. I love the French Riviera! I need to take a new trip there soon! My first visit was in the summer of 1984 in Roquebrune for three weeks, so the last house is not far from there.

At 09.48 in the video, that beach must be the one we walked down to from the house! To me it was a paradise! I have never been there since.

Thank you for this informative comparison. On YT I learned about affordable places to buy food in Monaco (maybe where Monagasques frequent). This may not be necessary for those who can afford EU7M for a small apartment, but useful for residents of Beausoleil (many who work in Monaco). If there were no tax advantage to a residency permit I wonder how many would be willing to pay so much for so little–especially to live below the 6th floor of that building. Again, you present real estate in an understated and pleasing way.
Fun film. Like to be able to compare apartments at the same price point. What can you get for 2M euro, closer to Nice.
