I'm considering buying this Lemond Tourmalet. I'm OK with the scratches and surface rust. Do you see any red flags? Looks like there's a significant ding in the top tube.
I'd also like to run wider tires on it. Does anyone have first hand knowledge of what will fit, given 700c wheels?
