I’ve heard XDS does OEM for famous brands.
What I like about this bike is it comes with Tektro mineral brakes,both thruaxle hubs and its frame allows to fit 4.9 tires on both.which is crazy for this kind of price.weight is around 16-18kg I believe.I don’t even want to say it’s budget however 66mm narrow rims and 30TPI Kenda tires are lazy. rims are probably not tubeless ready, probably unable to fit 4.9 tires. having one frame size is understandable for cost wise.
take a look at geometry.toptube horizontal 614 headangle 69° rearcentor 440 nothing special. however the reach is extremely long 454 little bumps on the headtube leaves a bad impression.
