Impossible to tell without knowing the model of the RD, or the nature of the sound. Post a video please and tell us which RD it is.
Alignment looks fine to me – they’re usually not perfectly straight and are instead slightly curved outboard as a design choice to make it more robust to getting deflecting inboard by an impact and into the spokes while pedaling (plenty of carnage photos online of what it looks like when that happens).
Usually if they’re bent by impact – it’s inboard and not outboard.
