I found this bike for $100 off of Facebook marketplace. I want a cheap bike that I can see if I like mountain biking. I can’t find the exact bike it is and don’t know about the price. If this isn’t a good bike what should I do. I won’t spend much more than this bike is. If it would help to give different photos let me know please.

If you want to see if you like mountain biking rent a bike from a shop.
If you are dead set on buying a bike to take to the mountain, make sure it has hydraulic disc brakes. Most importantly is the power to stop safely. But do yourself a favor and go talk to your local shop owner, explain your situation and ask their guidance. You might be surprised at how helpful your local shop can be in your adventure. Ans yes you’ll love it!
It is cheap but not good, especially for mtb. $100 is really just not the budget for a bike
