To fix a bent hanger you need a “DAG” or derailleur alignment gauge. Best to take it to the bike shop or parktool or other companies sell them if you want to get one for home

Looking at the pictures I would not be so sure. Look at “limit screws”on the internet. It might just be an adjustment issue
