Help identifying bike – “Kona Clydesdale” – trying to research but can’t identify what this frame is. Thoughts?

It looks a lot like a ~2010 Kona “honky” (which is what came up when I googled that Kona wheelset) including even that green. My guess is that they made a few of these Clydesdales as well, or someone had fun with some decals. Maybe someone else has more definite info.
Not certain but its worth way more than $350. Like so much more it might be stolen. But the detailed listing doesn’t match with a stolen bike.
