Front derailleur's mount was broken. So I'll need to get a new one. I'll likely want to change the gearing, as I live in the Blue Ridge mountains, and what's on this thing is ridiculous. Got rid of the rack, and plastic fenders. Tossed some 30's on it I had lying around, lubed the chain, adjusted the rear derailleur…and that's about it. Whipped it around the neighborhood…I'm still not crazy about the bars, but not sure what I want to do there. I like the suggestion in the previous post about flipping them over. Don't mind the duct taped seat… I thought I had one lying around, but didn't…. This one screams Brooks to me for some reason…

honestly this thing has so much character already, and yes a Brooks would be absolutely perfect on it 🙂
