Hello, I just came back from a repair shop, I needed my chain and cassette to be replaced. When I came home I noticed the gears on my cassette are moving around. I do not think they should do that.. is it ok or should I return to the repair shop?

They either did not torque it at all or (most likely) forgot the spacer behind the cassette
I think it’s supposed to be like that for smoother shifting but I am unsure
