Any ideas what might be causing the noise while the crank is spinning?
This is on a brand new frame – Carbonda fm936. New 73mm bsa e13 bb and helix crank. Everything torqued to spec. Only cable that is anywhere near the bb is the dropper that it is tight up out of the way and not touching the sleeve in the frame.

Sounds like the plastic dust shields on the bottom bracket are rubbing against the crank.
