Hi everyone! I need advice on buying a Haro Boulevard bike for my son. He found this bike on Marketplace and is asking me to buy it (200CAD). I'm not very knowledgeable about this. Can you give me some advice? Or maybe you can recommend some other options? He's 146 cm tall, 11 years old. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I would check albes BMX. A mail order in the US that ships worldwide and has lots of deals. There is a sale bike category that has several decent options.
200cad is a reasonable price for that particular bike, given they’re more than double that new.
Only problem is, it’s not a great bike. It’s…ok some decent components, but the whole thing is hindered by a shit hi-ten frame. I’m sure he’s looking at it from the “it looks cool and has the camo tires” lens, but you can put camos on anything. You’re better off starting with a much better frame, and upgrading as you go. As a bonus, you both can work on his bike together, so you understand how it works.
