  1. 1) check your thru axle to make sure it’s right
    2) take it to a bike shop to tighten the hub

  2. Looks like there is play in the hub. Try tightening the axle but that might not actually fix it if there is an issue with the hub.

    If it is truly a tire issue then check around the bead of the tire on both sides to make sure the beads are flush up against the edge of the rim. Sometimes you have to overpressure the tire to get the beads to seat properly then you can bleed off air to the proper pressure.
