New to bicycles and found this Univega Gran Turismo from a thrift shop. Loved how it looked but don’t know much about the bike.
Would anyone happen to have more information on this bike? Additionally, as a total newbie, would anyone know where to find the frame size, was having trouble finding it on the frame. Lastly, any recommendations on what may need repairing or changing?

Great great bike. Earlier version, I’m a bit more partial to the later builds that featured cantilever brakes vs these center pulls- your bike is late 70’s if I had to guess.
That’s a huge frame btw, looks like a 25” or something close to me, I hope you’re 6’7”. Grab some measuring tape and measure the seat tube, google has some great pics for example if you search.
It’s a light touring bike from approximately 1980. Size is pretty large, I’d guess maybe 62 cm or so?
You have to be a fair bit over 6′ to ride it.
Decent bike though. Not really anything super high-end or anything, but a decent midlevel bike built by reputable manufacturer “Miyata.”
