Recently got a Mongoose Iboc for a very good price just for the components and normally when I get and old bike the saddle is always garbage and at first I was thinking the same with this one but noticed that has titanium rails so it has to be a top of the line of the era.
The Ritchey logo embroided looks really cool but it is pretty damaged so nothing can be done there but how can I try ro revive the leather? Correct me if I am wrong but pretty sure is leather. Can I use proofide or another similar leather conditioner?

My advice is to ride it and see if it’s comfortable enough to recovered it
