Have taken it off and on multiple times, thought I had it this time but looks like it sitting too high again or is that okay? It's my first time changing my tires myself.
Got this tire secondhead (for $10 lol), it's in okay shape, along with a secondhand Rene Herse Juniper Ridge tire that is also slightly worn but mounted like a charm. Thinking if I should just get a new Juniper Ridge to match the other tire?

I’ve found the WTB Expanse tires to take a few attempts to seat properly. A bit of soap seemed to help.
Do you have a compressor or a tank? If it pings sufficiently and holds air, then it’s probably fine.
It does look kinda uneven. If it’s holding air, try riding it around the block and see if it seats better.
Bead hasn’t fully popped. You need more pressure. Get brave and pump that bad boy up until you hear the bead ping. Then you will be sorted.
Id take the tire off and clean any sealant on the bead and retry. Some of the pictures look like sealant is on the bead and once it dries it can be a pita to get it to seat right and hold.
If that doesnt work, Just take it to the local shop and ask if they will hit it with the air compressor. They wont charge you and it will be much easier
if all else fails – put a tube in and inflate until it seats properly. Leave it overnight. Take the tube out – and reseat – it will probably be fine.
